What is the delivery time of my order?

Lufré sends all packages via PostNL. We aim to deliver your order within 2 to 3 working days under the following conditions:

- Delivery on Tuesday to Saturday

- One delivery attempt, then the package goes directly to a pick-up point

What if my order is wrong or not delivered?
