Refund policy

Items can be returned within 14 days. The item can only be retuned when it is unworn, unwashed and undamaged after receiving your order. In addition, there must be no makeup and the labels must still be attached to the item. If we receive a returned item that does not comply with this, then unfortunately we cannot accept a return and we will charge shipping costs again to send the item back to you. 

When you return your item, you will be refunded to your account within 7 working days.
